HAIL Download Card 2011
HAIL is delighted to announce the final track list for our Download Card 2011. We received a fantastic response to our submission call and what became evident throughout the process was the sheer quality of the music currently being made by acts across genres throughout the Highlands and Islands. It proved no easy task to establish the final list and we would like to offer a massive thank you to all the acts who submitted across November 2010.
The Download Card launched at leading industry event, MIDEM, on January 23rd, and HAIL will continue to promote the release direct to industry throughout 2011 at events including, Folk Alliance, SXSW, MUSEXPO, goNORTH, In The City and more.
We feel the Download Card is an excellent representation of the diversity and creativity of the current contemporary Highlands and Islands music scene, and are delighted to confirm the following track list for 2011:
